Your coach will support you in your journey toward true happiness. Your coach will encourage you to being true to yourself and finding that spark within you. Your coach will guide you back to your true and highest self.
The difference between a Life Coach and therapist is that a Life Coach sets clients up with a process that may be long or short-term. A Life Coach is not a healthcare professional. A Life Coach works with a client to clarify goals, identify problems, and problematic behaviors that no longer serve the client. A Life Coach will help a client create and implement new tools to achieve desired results. Your coach will help you work through your current life issues. The process of life coaching takes the client’s current starting point and takes action from that point forward. A life coach helps their client to take control of their life and take actions toward the life they most desire.
For best results the recommended amount of sessions for your program schedule would be a minimum of once a week to a maximum of once every two weeks. However, under certain circumstances your program can be customized to best suit your needs.
In a coaching session you will discover what motivates you to make the choices you make. You will discover your driving and guiding force in making these choices. You can expect to identify any negative patterns and behaviors that no longer serve you and clearly define your issues in solveable terms and then create empowering alternatives.
Every client jointly signs a commitment contract with their Life Coach. I set the terms of the commitment contract to fit your individual goals and plans.
The first step is to schedule an introductory session. In that session, we will get an idea of how well we work together and what our next steps should be from there.
